Noorullah Haqmal was born in 16/10/1984 in a religious family at Yousuf Khil district of Paktika province.
He got his primary education in his village school and got G12 certificate at 2005 form Khosh hall khan high school in Kabul city.
In 2007 he went to follow his higher education and received B. Com (honor) degree from Banaras Hindu University (B.H.U) of Uttra Pradish India in 2010, he could receive two Year diploma in information technology DIT, beside his formal studies as well.
After graduation, Haqmal started his career as curriculum developer with TVET/ MoE, in 2011.
In 2013, he appointed as test administrator through competition based exam at a research project (Learning Assessment) under Education Quality Improvement Program EQUIP - World Bank - MoE, and remained up-to 2018 at the same position.
In 2019 he passed the competition based exam for the Senior Officer position of Academic Supervision officer, announced by Education Quality Reform for Afghanistan (EQRA), under World Bank MOE.
In 2020, based on the invitation of general director of IDLG, and sentence of his excellency Mr. President, Haqmal has been appointed advisor for the assessment and evaluation of municipalities at DMM-IDLG.
across experience length of Mr. Haqmal with various government and non-government organization, we can observe some valuable achievements that,
a-) The translation of 17 captions of text books for the institute of accountancy and management of TVET, and
b-) the writing of International trade and Monetary Economics can be drowning as mentionable, which will release soon for the reach of public especially academic segmentation of the society.
