Annual Achievements by Urban Electronic Systematization - 2019
- Develop complains management system guidelines (in three versions for Admin, Deputy of Municipality and municipalities), performance management system and website guideline
- Activate performance management system in 25 central provinces
- Design Wakil Guzar Information Management Database
- Design and activate Urban Governance staff database
- Activate complains management system in 17 municipalities
- Activate website for 7 municipalities and DDM by MoICT’s new CMS
- Develop Good Citizen app for citizens
- Conduct 3 technical training courses on networking, server management, datacenters management and information system database management for DDM staff at Urban Electronic System Directorate
- Improve Wakil Guzar information management system through PHP to the latest version of Laravel
- For transparency purpose, release structure and budget for 33 provincial municipality, awarded contracts and bidding announcements on DDM website
- Receive financial and technical support from SHAHAR to develop 10 websites for municipalities supported by SHAHAR

- For transparency purpose and better service delivery by municipalities and DDM, citizens can have access to a complain registration form online on their websites, and activate complains management system in DDM directorates
- Develop a new server set for DDM through its budget
- Develop and finalize Assessment Form on situation of municipalities in terms of urban electronic governance
- Analyze the situation of DDM datacenter and its actions (launch the domain, active directory service, and data entry for all DDM official users into the system, launch and activate Share Folder and install anti-virus on computers connected to the network)
- Add internet speed servers – IFMS and MMIS from 2 Mbps to 6 Mbps
- Publish over 70 news articles on DDM website while it was only 3 articles before 2017 through mid-2019
- Register over 200 users from different departments of municipalities and partner programs into Afghanistan Urban Comprehensive Solutions System

Urban Electronic Systemization Directorate Work Pans
- The budget for 100 municipalities will be published on DDM website
- Websites for 10 municipalities will be created/activated
- The official Facebook page of the DMM will be managed. Communication groups will be created and set up.
- All news and content that is officially and principally submitted to the website management will be published.
- Official email addresses will be created for all DDM staff in coordination with DDM leadership
- The number of readers of the Facebook social page will increase by 10,000 and other networks will increase accordingly.
- The Data Center guidelines of the deputy municipalities will be implemented, including the network and servers sections.
- New servers will be set up and activated to support critical situations.
- All provincial municipalities will be connected to internet
- A monthly report on the process of technical support and maintenance of the system will be provided.
- The online database for DMM Maktoob's will be developed and activated.
- An online database for consultative boards will be design and developed.
- A new page will be created on Wakil Guzar Information Management System to enter the Wakil Guzar evaluation result .
- The second version of the Performance Management System(PMS) will be prepared.
- Technical support will be provided if necessary.
